Throughout the process (which was insanely efficient), she stayed in close communication with me and made it clear that she was more interested in meeting my needs than closing the sale. After the sale, she has continued to stay in touch and made sure I have everything I need to get the house where I need it to be. She even provided referrals to a variety of service providers (carpet cleaners, contractor, etc.). The contractor she sent me (Mark) took care of some minor electrical work for me, and was fair, honest, and efficient. I will definitely be calling him again too.
